Sophie Taitt is a Global Media Executive currently serving as Director of Production Strategy & Operations at Netflix in Los Angeles. With a diverse and rewarding fifteen-year career at the world's largest broadcaster, BBC, spanning TV, radio, online, and event production, she relocated in 2017 to lead production management teams for local language programming in EMEA and LATAM at both their Los Angeles and Amsterdam Headquarters.

At Netflix, her role involves ensuring strategic and operational alignment across Global Production teams worldwide. Leveraging technology to achieve objectives, the Production Strategy & Operations Team focuses on driving efficiency and innovation in the ever-evolving global production landscape, ensuring the Studio's long-term growth and success.

Sophie lives in Los Angeles, with her two rescue dogs and enjoys hiking in the Hollywood Hills and traveling to see her British family, friends, and food.
